HISTORY:
the clans history is shrouded in mystery as to how they came to the hidden leaf village, how they can control such icy chakra, and for some how they can turn such cold chakra into ice. because the toushiro clan can control such icy chakra they can use it for ice element jutsus.

WHY THE CHAKRA IS SO COLD:
the toushiro clan have a special bloodline which freezes the chakra so the clan is the only clan in the hidden leaf that can control such cold chakra and jutsus. some clan members are strong enough to control ice itself.

ABOUT THE CLAN:
the clan was said to come from a very far away place and settled in konoha. the clan was said to worship a huge ice dragon called hyorinmaru. there is not much to be known about hyorinmaru but it was said that it was as strong as the nine tailed fox itself
