Scarlet Eye (Genin):
The eyes turn a dark red and it can hypnotize the enemy at a lower state, more like a trance

Demon Eye (Chuunin):
The eyes turn red with a pentagram in the center where the pupil would originally be. While using they get the same power as Scarlet eye, and can enter the opponents mind while they are in a trance

Hell Bane Eye (Jounin+):
The same looks as the Demon Eye, but instead of red, it becomes black with a red pentagram, same powers of levels 1 and 2, but you are also able to make the opponent hallucinate, and it has a 15% chance to put the opponent in a coma
