Creates one or more identical copies of the user out of water. More similar to Kage Bunshin than to a normal Bunshin, these clones are capable of attacking, except each clone's strength is only one-tenth that of the user. Also, the clones can only be controlled within a certain radius of the user.

The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep one arm inside the bubble at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. Great Exploding Current (needs water 35 chakra 5 damage every turn enemy is under water)
Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After doing the needed hand seals a vortex of water will form, sucking anything on the surface above it down to the depths below.
Starch Syrup Capture Field (must know how to walk on water requires 15 chakra)
After forming the needed handseals, Izumo will expel a sticky liquid from his gullet. This liquid can cover approximately 20 square meters. If the target runs on top of the liquid, their feet will become glued to its sticky surface. If the ninja focuses chakra to their feet before touching the surface, they can hover above and move over it without hindrance. This allows Izumo or a comrade to charge and attack without fear of becoming bogged down as well.

slam his foot to the ground, causing water to rise up and travel towards his target as a slicing jet.
Whip of Water (uses 20 chakra 10 damage every time it hits)
technique that utilizes water to create a whip. The ninja can also send an electric current through the whip to electrocute their opponent. The whip will function in the normal fashion, such as allowing the ninja to whip the crap out of little kids.
Water Fang Projectile (uses 40 chakra does 30 damage)
utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals to cause a nearby body of water to form a spinning drill.

generate a whirling sphere of water. This sphere can then emit whips of water, which can seek out and impale his target.
Water Attack Strong Current Torrential Rain (costs 40 chakra does 30 damage)
use to generate a mass of water. This can then be sent towards his target as a biting serpent.
Tornado of Water (uses 60 chakra does 50 damage)
utilizes water to create a spinning water vortex around the ninja. The water acts both as a barrier and attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious.

utilizes water to create a sword. The sword can be wielded in the normal fashion, allowing the ninja to cut and stab like a normal blade.
