Genin get 5 Jutsu
Chunnin 10
jounin 15
KAge 20
Sannin As many as they want.

Genin 1 element
Jounin 2 element
Sannin 3 elements


Genin get 50 Chakra points
Chunnin get 100
Jounin 120
Kage 150
Sannin 200

Hp
Genin get 100
Chunnin 150
Jounin 200
kage 250
sannin 350

All Summoning ecept weapon summoning are Chunnin
Weight arnt allowed neither is fake jutsu or exsperimenting
Curse seals and demon are not allowed unless a plot gives you them (which is doutful for a while anyway)

Clan move dont count in the jutsu count also
Genin get 1 chunnin move
Chunnin get 1 jounin move.
