Leaf is the highest most honared village (every ninja in leaf get double chakra when there village is attacked) They also get medical ninjutsu as genin
Sound Like in the anime are made up of other villages ninja and can receive curse marks. (only after proven they are good rpers) Also it can recruit ninja from other villages (like oro did to sasuke) Also they can be exsperimented on
